At the beginning of the game, Is it necessary to purchase the ancient pyramid replica before leaving Sandronista?

Thanks. It seemed weird that an item would cost so much so early in the game, but I didn't want to be sorry later.

Someone in Ultai (Laxius Force 3) will buy them for 2400 each though.

Even with selling 99 of them you would only get 79,200 gold as profit. Although the leveling just might be worth it and you never know if buying 99 of them will unlock another item in the shop or somewhere else. Since I am there right now I'll give this a try and see what happens

Work has kept me busy but I have managed to get 37 of them so far....1/3rd of the way there!

Unfortunately I have found nothing extra for it in any of the shops. Nothing extra from any of the vendors nor have I found anything in town. Only thing I have gotten is level 40 for Luciana and 44 for Tarabulla......and well roughly 79K in profit later down the line.

Haha, Indi is tricky, you know...
At least with such high levels the game will be a pice of cake from now on.
