Can someone please explain to me how this person is??? I did LF1 and LF2 all over again and I do not have him on my game,or did I again missed somethings??(guess I'm getting old)

He can be found in a waterfull in the gardens of Balnunnla, and you need to have a Chocolate Box

Chocolate box I bought (without knowing the reason, I read it on the walkthrough which I usually don't) and I did miss that part where he was, Is he very important that I should go back and do that part again???

He's not important, but his attacks can inflict Ground Lock in the enemies and he may help Alexandra in some dreams...
What Im saying? He's very important
Well, it's always good to have lot of characters, but going back there is up to you. I think that if you still has a save before finishing LF2 you can go there.

Well the more characters you have,the better.

You also need him to complete the sick plant quest from the Mage Guild. I think it's worth getting him.
