can t find baretta's shop

Where is Barettas shop, im trying to do the quest in which i need the wicked switch blades i ve been all over the land of 1001 lakes and can t find her or her shop please help.

You can go through the transports, but you have to complete some quests at the Fighter Guild to unlock the location.
