blow up the fortress

I have James Marine and want to blow up the fortess1 So how do I do that I have been every where and can't figure it out!

If you've rescued everyone, you should be able to go to The Forbidden Room and try to take the lift up. Marine will then say that she wants to blow the place up with the rest of the dynamite.

Make sure you've killed all the orcs too.
