Bought game and guide and got my key to unlock the game. Now where do I download the guide from please? Been playing without it but would like to have what i paid for

Sorry, I just found the email with the link......it won't let me download though....just have to wait a little longer I guess.

I have also bought the game and guide but i can also not download the guide it denie the acces (error 403)
