Lost Library-----Stuck on what to do

I have read D-Squalls on this but for the life of me, I cannot figure out exactly what to do for Eternal Eden. I go in talk to the lady, she says she wants to leave so then I go to Gates of Night and reenter Deadly Sin. I have tried talking to the ghost, pick up one bag of gold, talk to him again and go back to Eternal Eden. I also tried it not talking to him, getting one bag of gold, getting all bags of gold, just cannot figure out exactly what I am suppose to do? Please help!!!!!

First go to Deady Sin, pick up the gold and talk to the ghost. He will tell you you're a sinner. Then go to Eternal Eden and talk to the lady there. Finally, do Gates of Night and re-enter Deadly Sin through the hidden passage. This time, don't touch any of the gold before talking to the ghost. Note that you can pick up the gold after you've talked to him, though, as the quest has already been completed then.
