turn your firewall off and your anti virus. It should work then. I get this error when I forget to turn those off. Once download done then you can turn it all back on.

If you getting the problems of downloading the games then must it will be happen for your pc 's anti virus or updates. First you may be turns off updates of your pc and then download it. After downloading complete you may change the turns off to turns on.
