It's a reward for defeating the Dwarf King (he's in Secret Room #20).

Tks, but I walked everywhere in the swamp but didn't find the secret room 20 .. is it on portail 1, 2 or 3 ????? and where ?

If I recall correctly, it's portal 2 (the middle one), the map right before the Flower Bridge. But I can't check it in the game right now, so I'm not really sure.
