I have 30 of 34 quests completed. The remaining 4 are:
Bitter Truth - Library
Treasure of Memories - Library
Both say they can't be completed until all other quests are completed which makes me ask the question - which one is really last?
The third quest remaining is to give the map of the library to Ronan (?), but I can't do that until I finish the library quests. Is this one of the quests that needs completed before the Bitter Truth and the Treasure of Memories can be finished. If so, how?
The last quest is of course the dragon.
I really want to know how to finish the library quests so I can give the map to Ronan and be done with it.

You must complete the quests first that are not related to the library.
Don't worry, give away the map. After you've been to the library the first time it appears as a new building on the world map, so you can still go back.

The very last library quest was the Memories thing iirc. The one where you're told that you have still stuff to do.
