It's Primo Hat (and it's icon looks like an icon of Paesant Hat), at least if there isn't an item which improves stealing skill even more.

I killed everyone, got the blue chest, the drawers with some items and the secret area(Brussian with perception) and the quest is still outstanding from the fighter's guild.

I looked everywhere and still is outstanding. +::Dunno

You need to equip cindy with Primo hat to get her thief points to 58 or something above 50. Than go to mage guild and try to steal the blue chest beside sandra. That should complete the quest

3 people are hiding in the bottom of the pub. And you have to kill the bunny girl. And you have to click on the door that the man was guarding in front of the cow.
