Random's Body

I've been in Random's body for two days and am lost. The only monsters I hve left are behind two green things . Need help finding how to get past the green things. Do I have to kill all the monsters in the animal party?

You need to find and kill two more blue hearts with Luci's party, then the green blocks will disappear.
