There is no option of Elven Astral Outfit in the Body equipment. And the equipment is in the item list too. Also, why there is change in attack and status in LF2 & LF3

Don't understand what you meant? The screens makes no sense because you are equiped with the Prismatic Armor in LF2, and IN LF3 you're with the Elven Astral Outifit equiped.

The photo with the elven outfit is the one from LF2 (before importing). And the second one is from LF3. Also Armor doesn't increase the attack... And regarding the Elven outfit. There is no option coming in the body section of Sarah for Elven outfit. But the item is there in Main Item list.

2nd ( i dont know if its a bug, but attack and other status keeps on reducing without any change. Eg. If i uneuip warrior crown and then reequip it, Sometime the attack shows 613 and sometimes 578, i.e. it is not fixed...., I know it sounds confusing but thats the truth. I will try to upload a video if possible. I know that will clear my problem.)

The 1st one.
Indy said it was intentional Equipping the Elven Astral Outfit or Angel Gown in LF I and II caused sarah to change sprites. In LFIII Sarah is supposed to stay with War Angel Elf of the sun sprite.
