Thieve's Guild - Help

Hi Everyone: I have read the numerous topics on the final stages of the Thieve's Guild, but still can not finalize and destroy the guild. I have already opened the thieve's chest and I have killed everyone, including the 3 at the bottom of in the pub and the guard protecting the door located above the cow. I have also stole the contents of the blue chest from the mage guild. I couldn't find anything else so I went back to the fighters guild, and the quest is still not complete. So I go back to the Thieve's Guild, and I get the question again "Destroy Guild"? I have searched every corner of the guild. What am I missing, as I would like to destroy the guild and not leave the quest open. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks a bunch!!!

here s how i did it i got all boost wearing the other one that you get from the dark manor in the fighters guild because it raise your points after your done getting the other quest thru the thiefs guild talk to everybody first before you because they give you more points leave and come back and destroy it

did you fight the leader and his two side kicks he has with him

some of the members are escaping and hiding under the lower walls, especially in the tavern/pub

And there is also a monster in the doorway in the top right and you have to do away with the bunny girl too.
