A few months ago my comp's motherboard fried...we were able to salvage the GAMES THEMSELVES but the guy who did it didn't bring over any of the saved games...I had everything from 1 and 2 and had myself all set to import to 3 but now I can't...would it be possible to get a saved game at the earliest possible save spot in 3?

I keep getting "you have exeeded your allotment of downloadable files" even though I have NEVER used that service before...
