Stuck in airport-first visit

I have searched all 3 levels several times and i switched on every lever i found.There are 2 locked gates,one in level 2 and one in level 3, but i don't know how to open them.When i exit the airport and try to leave the area Luci doesn't let me leave and says "we have to explore the airport first".I don't know what else to do.
Can somebody help me please?

After you go through the first floor completely and flip all of the switches, you need to go to the second floor and go west and then south through a room with what looks like computers. There are two dragons that you fight to get to a doorway. Then go west again and take the elevator.

I have been in the room with the computers many times but the dragon is big and i couldn't see that he was actually blocking a door.I thought he was stuck on the wall, like a glitch or something, and i couldn't access the room below.
I feel so stupid now!
