Please could someone help me? How do I kill the fire demon at the end and who do I have in my party. thanks+::

This is a toughie.
I think Xander's Royal Iceberg might be good.
Sarah's Pituite Calling might inflict Ice Jail.
With Random you best Metallist Curse him and then use Fury (which will remove the Ice Jail though).
And my personal trick was to put Oglong in the party. He poisons everyone from the start and the Fire God more or less kills himself.
