Time to count those characters...

Even those would be good. We get a change to use skills between rounds, so can use all MP just to heal.
I tried those healing spellbooks with fighter characters, just doesn't work :(

You mean Warrior's Heal - I'll check, I think I tried it. It only worked on Random, if I remember correctly.

@_@

I finally beat it with alexandra (the weak one, not revived).

I didn't have that ultai spellbook....

It was soooooooooooo hard.

I leveled her to 93. Equipped confusion cane, yveen's triangle shield, benevolence mail, brain dazzler, trion ring, inflicted her with brain boost from tarabulla (sometimes it lasts until last round; other buffs do not last), taught her wizard's revenge from the spellbook, then used wizard's revenge right before linda.

Then I cast fireball on her lol. On easy mode, I was doing about 600-700 a fireball. This took me a LONG TIME to figure out this configuration; before I was doing like 100 damage fireballs to her.

Some progress.

@seelie,

Sandy is very very easy to win with. Boost her mind up high, I used arcanum weapon, yveen shield, brain dazzler, baretta's super card, and her elven outfit, just use zero buster all the way through won it quick and easy.

Great. I just tried it now, with Brain-Dazzler and Yveen Shield (the rest of the stuff is with someone else, I am too sleepy to figure out who).

She just breezed through all the rounds.

Go, Sandy, go!

and ... go, puzzled, go!

LOL I beat it with Broff!

It's not as hard as everyone makes it out to be

I had him at level 78, zombify him, equip Biopsys coat to armor slot and that memru malachite thing you can buy from the aqua guild. If you have him higher level then you have an even greater chance of winning.

Just keep reloading until he wins. Broff automatically heals to 100% between battles, and he is very resistant to attacks so he can outlast everyone. Linda takes some luck but with the special malachite equipped, her tidal wave is a wasted turn since it can't paralyze or do any damage, and you can outlast her and just hope you don't miss too much. Also I happened to get a healing reagent drop from one of the previous people which you can use to help outlast, so pay attention if you got lucky enough to get that drop.

The reward is a Guumi chocolate, +23 speed permanent. Basically sucks, but one closer ._. 33 wins so far! =)

Edit:

In a stunning upset to Linda, I beat her with Claria (55) and Marylis (50). I taught Claria Storm of the Century and a book called Vanaa ancient times which gives a hugely powerful spell. I also taught vanaa to Marylis. They both needed the vana book because linda gets healed by their water spells. Luckily I did not spend a vanaa book on alexandra; if I did that then I'm not sure I could have done this.

Up to 35 wins now O_O

One more to see the next item >_>

I think I will have to train hard though, the remaining characters really suck without levels (daryl, oglong, vanina, leanda, kenny).
