Kenezzear Guard (CAVE WITH OLD LADIES)

Ahh..!! I'm fed up and frustated..!! Tried everything... Yet can't find out how to open the kenezzear Guard (the cave with old suicide ladies) locked gate..!! Someone please help..!!

This quest happens rather late into the game.
I think it was after putting 15 character through the trial in Kondler. At this moment, before going to the throne room, new quests are available, including the one allowing you to progress further inside this place. I think it is a quest from the mage guild ("slay necromogon" or something like that)
