Just started playing Laxius Force 1. Got over 4 hours in and I think I'm enjoying it even more then I did on my first playthrough. (Changing tastes and all that.) But one thing makes me curious; Just what happened at the end of Laxius Power III? It must have been really something for the crew to break up, and for Random and Sarah to 'retire' for seven months. Can someone please give me a detailed explanation of what happened at the end of LPIII?

Why dont u play the LP series? they're for free....
at the end of LP III MEtrolia (deport's biggest town) is destroyed and the charas decide to take separate ways.

Because I don't want to play them. Simple as that. And, no offense, but you really didn't answer me question. Yes, Metrolia was destroyed, but the crew saw some sort of horrific sight, and I assume other things happened. Can someone please answer my question?

Well the morph demon destroyed the Metrolia. After that Random and the team killed Morph Demon (believe me a hard battle)

Okay, but what exactly did the crew see when fighting the demon that made them retire? Sarah said that they quit because of that horrible sight they saw in the castle. What would be so horrible to make everyone split up and retire? (Aside from the destruction of Metrolia. That city being destroyed (edited) is clearly only part of it.)

They faced a true Demon, had to go through physical and mental damage, and have all their friends in Metrolia annihilated.
Plus, they went beyond themselves to actually kill the Demon.

Aw, c'mon. You should play LP saga It's so incredible and adicting. And it will make LF much more clearer

But if you want historical play 3SoD before them all!

Better than LP I and II. But nothing could pass LPIII till LF3???

Probably aaah, LP3 is one of the best. LF3 should be really awesome, cool, surprising, astonishing and addicting to surpass LP3 XD

Well and it will be! Indy promised us that!

IMO LP III was quite annoying. The slayers were boring. One had to kill 5000 monsters in each dungeon

few dialogues and interaction

The Metrolian forest' monsters were a pain in the ass

Interesting about LP III was the 3D party and the plane
