if nothing happens, that means you've not found a character able to use it

If it seems useless it is useless for now. BTW Leanda in Crazy in Love State is a POWERHOUSE! She attacks twice dealing 1500 or so in each hit! And I met 15 playable characters so far! And what happens when we don't go to bridge with Wendala and don't meet Louis? And will Vanina join your party???

Iirc going to the bridge is mandatory, you can't skip it.
