I just passed the blade trap only place there is from there is an elevator back to level one...going back in the same thing happens again same boss same cut scenes and everything.

Am i doing something wrong?

This is getting to place called "Area above the machines" I did the blade trap thing twice so...

Ok seems you need to do this twice...so it loops once

Now i have access to level 2

Not sure if its meant to be like this or not.

it's not but i wonder, what did you do the first time that you did not do the second time? it seems your actions got reverted the first time for some reason

Nothing at all. On the second time round I didnt get the quest completion

it's normal you do not get quest completion on the second time (since it's the same quest), that much i know.
did you die in the process? because dying reverts the content of astral-litz to the beginning... it's the only reason i can think of right now for you to have to do the iron manor twice (and get just one quest completion, as intended lol)
in any case, pls do send the savefile.
