I finished that part,with coryool,at Rillia's war camp,to destroy the fortress,etc,but I don't know what to do,the questbook said that we have to rest a little,and then continue the journey,but I don't know what to do

I am not to that part yet but when you decide to rest,most of the time you should go to HQ or the inn of Adretana.
