Yes it has it, although the previous one had it too I think.

oke great.....one more question BTW.....let's say that my only save there is after i got to the rillia war camp.....is tehere anyway to get back on track with the proper timeline of the story???
Or should I pick up after the trial of Kondler again.....(wich gives a Script hanging error)

hmmm the war camp works fine if you do not talk to Herbert and Joshua, so that would firstly depend on that.
A savefile prior to this event would work fine as well.
