I found, by a pure accident, an ultimate ghog-type weapon with a very strange name Aaghmaniym, which divides MP cost by 4. For more info open the spoiler below:

This weapon is extremely good for Alexander. With Aaghmaniym equipped, his devastating spells cost about 20 MPs only, and if it comes to common fights, it's attack is decent as well. +::Thumbup

Thanks, I'll search for this weapon.
For Alexander, use Conch of Dreams (got in Alexandra's dream in LF2).
It also does MP x 0.23.
I normally use Darkness Touch as Alexander's weapon, since it is Preemptive+.
