He can be inflicted with plague. There are a variety of weapons that can inflict plague, so keep striking him with a weapon that has the effect and make sure you have a lot of evasion, and he will die in 1 round. Don't need to spend 8 hours on this. (undead curse does not attempt to inflict plague which is why that does not work).

Damn! I killed it using "evade" and hits. Took 2 hours, but using Kanifer's tactics, I simply went to sleep and checked after a couple of hours - goodbye Phoenix God.

i think it shows a lot of the hugeness of LF that another strategy could still be invented to beat this boss lol

PLAGUE!? gah... *cry* xD well at least I won't need 8 hours for the phoenix god on my next playthrough LOL

btw: that strategy was only half mine, tyrellias' post brought my attention to evade, and after that I thought of the chaos orb for auto-attack and going to sleep haha

I tried to take this God down but I gave up after an hour. I do not have the "Draco-Lich Dai-Katana". Is this weapon a relic for Wendala? I have around 25 relics and this one I do not have. I would like to know where it was found. I did the 50 level tower battle and got a few nice relics but not the Draco-Lich Dai-Katana. +::Dunno

I think you get this from the Square Tower of Weapons in LF2.

You could also try Zarafarus Scimitar, Werewolf Dai-Katana, Thanatos Sword (this you get in LF3), Omen Sword.

Or, you could use Kanifer's strategy (search the forum).

I kill the phoenix god with Sandy's hell cancer spell. But Yveen didn't give me a chance to revive another character......
Do I have to kill the god before Wendala found Yveen to have 2nd char revived?

No, but is good. Like that you can revive more than one dead friend.

First i talk to Yveen to revive Sandy, use her Nah'um spell and Yveen defence to kill the phoenix god easily.
After i have a phoenix God heart, i cannot do anything on it, even not the second person to revive.How i am going to use this heart to revive the second person? How i going out from outer world? i already stuck here for 1 day...
pls help. thanks
