Right now I'm in the underwater road to the airport, and from the posts that I've read, it seems like I don't have a lot of charas.
I don't have this Lily character from the institute. I don't have Nash (I saw his cave earlier but he didn't join, do I need sarah to visit him or something?). Vanina is still in the ultai capital. I never saw this royal library or whatever.
I just saw this aqua guild but I don't have any fish besides petula, it seems like I must have missed a mermaid somewhere or something.
Can anyone list where to get secret characters and relics/ultimates?
