Please help...

I have problem - my game crashes when I am trying to get to Institute (chracters/faces). I already reinstalled twice, last time two days ago because of camp crush. My computer is broken so I am playing on my Eee PC 901 and I am using REALLY slow internet connection. So when I tried download new version today (I found link on this forum) I realized that it will take more than !13 hours! to download. Can anyone help? Maybe I can send my save file and someone just can get me trough crashing conversation.
