I didn't search the forum to see if anyone posted this already, but you can find the ultimate weapon "brain-dazzler" in a magic guild shop. I checked the shop after I gave 15000 for a friend of a blue haired shop owner and it was there. I did the quest with Luciana's group.

Yep, really good for Luciana.
With it and any pre-emptive+ item, Luciana rules over the underwater world even with Underwater Burden state!

There are actually quite a few ultimate items in this RPG. Not just weapons but armor, head gear, body gear and other ultimate items. So far I have around a dozen or so. This is what makes it fun and challenging is finding goodies. Items could be anywhere, just explore pretty much everywhere like I do and you never know what you will find. +::YAY

Oh yes, I found another one! It's a quest from Laxius force II, remember that quest help project of the shop, well if you help the lamia(i think she's in the petro district) she'll open a shop and there you can buy Zulmar card (ultimate)
