The undead guild, quest, help?

There is this quest given by the undead guild about destroying some undead organization, how do you persuade the demon to open the treasure room? I have duke's monocle and 60/150 p.points but still no luck! And must I bring a demon to, not just the two undeads or is the part only a demon can open unimportant?

You need to wait until after you open the chest in the Thieves Guild to do this. One of the rewards is more persuasion points. And yes you need the demon in your party. I went without him and had to restart.

Ahhhh.....yeah, I have this bug, I lost the garden key somewhere in the process of importing so I can't open the chest in the thief guild. But thanks anyway

You can go back and get it again. I got it the first time and then didn't have it. Just go back to the kitchen in the palace and get it again.
