Ok.. Generally I search the forum for any information I am looking for but I could not find any specific post specifying all the characters that are available in the game. According to Indy there are 42 playable characters out of which I got the below so far
1) Random, 2) Luciana, 3) Sarah, 4) Wendala, 5) Tarabulla, 6) Rosa, 7) Brussian, 8 ) Petula, 9) Cocka-cocka, 10) Guanidia, 11) Herisia, 12) Askhbar, 13) Cindy, 14) Alexandra, 15) Angelina, 16) Alexander, 17) Kretin, 18) Nash, 19) Fierce, 20) Lily, 21) Sieman, 22) Broff, 23) Oglong, 24) Deuterium, 25) Adon, 26) Daryl, 27) Marilyis, 28) Djarma, 29) Monkey(I forgot his name), 30) Yveen, 31) Coryool, 32) Leanada, 33) Sandy, 34) Marion, 35) There is another half goddess that joins during forbidden dragon quest, 36) Herbert, 37) Joshua

I have re-started the game now cause I was missing many quests and and now don't want to miss on any character.
Q1) I think Vania joins at sometime but when and how? And that will make 38 characters - where are the rest ?
Q2) Is Julian included in these 42 cause he died in LFII right.
Q3) What about Louis - he is included right ?

So that might be 40 than, still missing 2 more
Anyone got all the 42 characters so far ?

Yep. After I posted this I saw your post.

42 is the max number of charas you can play in LF3 at one point or another.

I don't remember which one... but Vanina was at one of the counters

Rillian war camp and also Metrolia one in past versions.

You forgot Claria, and Kenny.
