How do I shut it off? I flipped the switch. I've gotten all the chests. I can't figure this one out.

Come out of the room. Just to the left of the entrance is a hidden door (look for a darker tile on the wall). Inside is the answer!

After, don't bother going back into the generator room, there's nothing left after this, and it's a pain to re-equip everyone.

BTW, not sure if Indy fixed this, but you can re-equip everyone inside the big room - no need to live on your spells (although Thunder Skies (Neon) rules on Sarah!).
