I have tried to use some of the books to give spells to characters and just get a clunk sound but nothing changes. Can someone post a list of what book does what for which character? I am a very old gamer (new to games, but old in years) who just got hooked on this series. Without all the help I would be TOTALLY lost. The Guide helps, but it is not a great "walkthrough" like Patajonas does. I'll be ready to grab that one when it gets done! I like playing this way first, but have totaly enjoyed going back with the walkthrus and getting all the goodies. Anyway, the thread is to see if anyone has a list of what those books do for the different characters. Thanks.
