Found the airship/ Need supplies?

I am back at the Palace after findinding the airship. I need to get supplies before I go to Rillia, but I can't leave the second floor to make a purchase and no one is selling any items. Where did everybody else get theirs?

I was in the same boat so to speak and once back at the Rilla Camp i found i was able to go back to Adretna via Waltz teleport and go to the shops in the town.I even wandered about outside Adretna in the 1001 Lakes to earn more coins killing dragons etc.
