Gems inside Random's body

Has anyone found a use for the Sanguine gems or any of the other monster drops in Random's body?

Hmmn, somehow I was thinking that the next LS game will start from scratch again, with everyone back to level 1, and new items to get.

Otherwise it is very difficult to avoid "level inflation" and "stat inflation".
