Bug in Alexandra's Dream?

When I explored the barrels in the area with Brussian and Sarah I found Aqua Lungs and Indigo Oils, but they do not show up in my item inventory. I've retried this a few times and they never appear. The subsequent items found in other parts of the Dream do appear in inventory, though...

Sorry for the inadvertent double post... I tried to remove the dup but couldn't.
