bonus boosts from fighter guild

I found someone that can u give +3LV to someone who get 2000 kills...
alexander and sandy has got the qualification, over than 2000 kills, but they don't get the bonus..
who else can get the bonus..? I get it with seaman, kratin,wendie,sarah,luciana,random...

I think you need 2000 weapon kills, not just total or spell kills.
