Please help me ! I don't know how to go to Astral-Litz ?
I search the airport many times but I can't find the way to Astral-Litz.

I killed Louis and don't know what I must do after that.

If you've killed Louis then you must continue on to the Airship which will take you to Astral Litz! It's a bit of a maze but with a little wandering you should be able to find it!

after killing louis, you need to find the airship that will take you to astral-litz

Thank! I'm in Astral-Litz now. but I can't find GC . I Searched everywhere in level 3 then quest completed . After I leaved level 3 , I search both level 1 and 2 , turn on all switch and search again but no door open. Please help !

Have you found the lamia?

Make sure not to turn all switches on...there is a room with two switches next to each other the one on the right needs to be off! Once you've done that the closed door will be open! I believe it's on level 3!

Yes that's right , but what you mean is located in Satellite Control , LEVEl 2
Not in Levеl 3 (with Iron Manor) because when you walked again, Random says that it no longer wants to return there and there is no work at all
