Alexandra's Dream in Place in the Sea

Don't exactly recall the name of the place, but it is where you land when you get the boat - right before you go to Kondler. Alexandra can read a book and dream. Is there something special I need to do here? Brussian, Daryl and Deuterium are in the dream as well as three Lucianas. I know how to leave and I get a quest complete, but there is a crack on the wall near Daryl and I die if I click on it. Also there is a treasure chest beside the old man and young girl. If I try to open it, the chest jumps to the other side of the two people and I have to walk around a big pit to get to it again. It keeps jumping if I get near it. Teaser chest? I have opened all the other chests and clicked on beds and such to get items.

Yes, that chest is a teaser.

BTW, the chest on the first screen has two difficult robots in it. Killed me a few times until I got the right strategy to deal with them.
