Airport computer

I need to find this computer that's green and indicated with an arrow in a room in the centre after the airship gate but I can't seem to get to it. Does anyone know how? I haven't met Louis yet.

as much as i can rememeber u have to go down somehow. only down is the central room.
i strongly recommend to get the guide. it has good maps...
