Metrolia ruins Library

I'm in the Metrolia Ruins looking for the Library for the page that was tore out of book but i've looked everywhere and cannot find it..I've been running around for 2 hours trying but i keep ending up in the same places..Please help.

the library is to the north, try to go north as much as possible

Are you wandering in the wastelands? I did that for awhile. Walz will take you where you need to be. You won't find the library until you have Luci, Coryool and Guanidia in your party.

yes it has to be in a place called the ruins of metrolia

Luci saw the exact location in her dream, it's north thru the triple archway and left and north
You need to use the ivory key to unlock the chest before you go to sleep when you wake up the locked chest located below the library entrance will be covered in snow not approachable
