I am trying to complete the side quests before the final wars. When I try to get to mount zulle from 1001 lakes through the cave I am told there is no need to go there now.
Is there another way to get there which I have forgotten I want to go to the witch coven to do the Druid Book quest.

I don't think you can go back now. You could a little earlier in the game but after you get to the airport, I don't think you can.

Random gets a new spell for ghosts & undeads, the part you're at now , you have to move forward with the main quest or else replay from an earlier save to get it
