ok i put cocka-cocka in the party used sparkling powder to give him light speed but when i put his name in the bird goes away ....have tried this many times im doing what the walkthrough said can someone give me some insight plz ty

You have to spell out his full name with the dash Cocka-Cocka.

how high your cocka level and SP..?
he can't done the quest if his SP is low than 2000, so make sure cocka had over than 2000 SP and he will finish it..

i did but still to no avail .........the bird escapes still no luck

What level is you Cocka-Cocka??
