switches in airport

ok i am exhausred please help me what floor and which switches i know onwe has to be left off where and what floor for which gate ..i am dizzy from running all over changes switches and nothing opens.. please help an old lady out love u dearly

The small room where the switches are side by side, don't turn the one on the right side on.
