I'd really appreciate it if someone can help me with a small issue I'm facing..I have 2 quests 'persuade Bailey' and "persuade Zobul' which I can't seem to complete. Random has 134/150 points with the cigar equipped and so far it's been working, except with Zobul; how many points do I need? Is there anything else I can do?

Bailey however, is nowhere to be found. It says he can be located in the pub..but he's not..am I too late to complete this quest?

You have to kill the bunny for Zobul...

You would have had to kill the bunny before Zobul appeared. If he's already there and examining the bunny it's too late iirc.
Regarding Bailey: In which pub did you look for him? There are two: one at the port and one in Mirsen District (the building with the 'Inn' sign). Bailey should be in Mirsen.

Oh I guess I'm too late then for Zobul's quest, he's already examining the bunny

As for Bailey, yes I looked for him in the pub in Mirsen, he's not there.. is that a bug? or am I late as well for this quest?

I'm sorry, DarQie, I cannot help you further. I did the Bailey quest already in LF1 iirc. Don't remember if the quest was related to any other event. +::fear
