i already gave cocka-cocka sparkling powder for the lightning speed but still he failed to catch the rare bird. He is at level 42. what should be the level of cocka-cocka to be able to complete this quest? thnx

Not sure what level Cocka was at but his speed had to be 2000 plus when I did it.
