orb of catharsis.please help

i can't find the orb of catharsis(underwater),i get the caracharadon jaws.Petula is in me team party.
could someone help me? Thanks a lot.

I got it the first time I went under water. It is just to the right of the colony of Ohgmors. There is a sunken ship there. I had Petula in my party and she spotted it.

But you need the latest version of the game, otherwise the orb is not here.
