No it's not. Go to the Institute with Yveen in the party. Jump up onto the ledge at the first blue arrow. Take one step right and face forward before using the action key, otherwise you will only jump up and back to where you started. Random insists that Yveen fix this hologram, which she does, giving all members 17MP.
