swords near Ice Crawler

there are 3 swords in mt zoulle ..random cant seem to pull them off..his st is 4500 and res 1490..what stats does he have to boost to pull them off?

They are fake.
Have you played the other LFs? Back then you could meet the guy who made all the fake swords.
