Okay, but when do I meet the merchant? Because I didn't save, is it going to assume I haven't completed the game or will it activate automatically?

When you get an ending (It doesn't matter which) start over. Just before Gil (I think) confesses to you the mechant will be there. This happens at the end of chapter 2 which just before you go to the path of your boy. But first did you get Ian's all endings?

not yet. just trying to figure out if I had to save anything. when I wanted to load, it said I'd lose other stuff, so I just escaped +:oops:

Don't load while during playing. In the main menu press load game. If it tells you you're losing the data then it's a bug. If not then... it's not a bug...

Start again. Go for Leon! Or Gil! Not for Oswald! True ending is the best when it's not seen! Go for Leon and play until the Gil offers you to escape. Save and press Okay! You'll get Gil's Alternate Ending! After that reload and pick no three times. Then you'll come to this:
1. But deep inside I know that's not the real him
2. I'll be with him if he doesn't kill people anymore
Save then choose number 2! You'll get bad ending.
After that reload. Choose number 1 and play until you get to this:
1.No! I won't leave you here!
2.Okay. Just don't die.
Save and pick number 1. You'll get Leon's Normal Ending. Then reload and pick number 2. You'll get Leon's good ending! Tell me if you have gotten all four endings in Leon's path!

(BTW There is a Thanos Ending. I missed that. But which ending I'm missing?)

Sorry for double post but "Don't pick pheromone perfume from merchant until you have entered to all guys' path. It's much more fun that way! " BTW Game 2 will be released 2 hours later. Since Azure has some uploading problems she's uploading them with 5 parts. And somebody else on lemmasoft( a VN games forum I go there from time to time ) will upload it to one link. Until then, you'll wait!

there are 17 endings. I found 16. I'm still missing one! If you need help with Leon, tell me. But please for my sake don't pick pheromone perfume at merchant!

You picked it right? Don't please. But if you picked it you get a fun ending. But if you question the merchant first and then pick it you get a funnier ending! BTW 2nd game is out. Grab it while it's hot:
