OK, I will be honest, this game hasn't interested me. My biggest issue is the lack of originality... And... honestly the story sounds like it came directly out of Supernatural.

What a piece of junk. I downloaded it (which took a loooooong time for a demo file), and it wouldn't let me into the demo without extracting files. When I tried to extract, I got the error message "Extract failed". That was it. This is one thing when a game is being beta-tested and a developer is working on more important issues than automatic extract, one-click-to-play. But it's absolutely uacceptable, once a game goes to market. Uninstalled/trashed/no thank you very much.

Edit 2/16/14: I was FINALLY able to play the demo. More than an hour into the game and it was just fighting, fighting and more fighting....bored me to tears. Lack of originality, IMO. I uninstalled, again.

Have you tried running "as administrator"? ... that would've solved your problem.

I bought the game but I can't save, is there a trick to it or is it a bug?

I just checked out the problem. It definitely has something to do with the installer. I had the same problem.

When I tried playing it from the regular exe file I had no problems saving the game. These installers are more trouble than they're worth. I'll resend everyone the file without the installer. It's less of a hassle and the game will work the way it should.

OK, I just downloaded the demo...

First Impressions:

When I went to set up, I found out you used a trial version of a software.
Had to go into program files to extract the game to my desktop to play it.
When I started to play it I was disappointed by the lack of splash screen. It went straight to the title...
Started a new game, hated the map design. I explored the map and it seems that without map boundaries I feel the maps are more open world.
The battles felt... bland and boring, nothing interesting to make a difference. It was the same as many other RPG Maker games.
The lack of custom resources made me wonder why this game is priced at $19.99
Not just that, but I am almost 100% sure that the testers didn't do a good job at it.
I got lag when walking around with the two girls... and one of the sprites had a grey outline that blinked each frame... it was annoying...

It was sent earlier today. Everyone should've gotten it.

I was told by Amaranth to use an installer but, it has been nothing but trouble and has even cost me sales already so, I'm not using them anymore (at least for the full version) until I'm 100% sure they do what I need them to do.

edit: I found an installer that works well. I have also fixed all the problems that have come up so far. You can now save (as long as you don't extract the folder into Program Files) Windows will not allow you to save in Program Files unless you run as administrator. This has been an issue in all versions since Vista. You also won't be getting extraction errors anymore.

So, if you're still interested in buying it you can rest assured that everything works like it is supposed to now.
